  • It explains when a refund can be requested and how cancellation interacts with billing.

2. Refund window

  • We provide a 7-day refund window from the original payment date.
  • Requests submitted within this period are reviewed under this policy and applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

  • Send a request to hi@willspeak.app from your account email.
  • Include purchase date, subscription plan, and checkout email for faster verification.

4. Cancellations and renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

5. Processing and timeline

  • After receiving your request, we confirm receipt and review subscription/payment status.
  • Approved refunds are processed via the payment provider and may take additional time to appear depending on bank/card rules.
