  • Icepeak is an AI-powered English practice product with onboarding, assessment, reports, and subscription-based access.
  • Features and availability may change as we improve the service.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • The service is not intended for children under 13.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed according to the selected cycle (monthly or annual).
  • Payments and subscription operations are processed through Paddle as the billing provider.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law.

5. Third-party services

  • The service may rely on third-party providers for AI processing, infrastructure, analytics, and billing.
  • Use of third-party services is also subject to their own legal terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable use

  • You may not misuse, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

  • All platform materials, software, and branding are owned by Icepeak or its licensors.
  • You keep ownership of your content, while granting us a limited license to process it for service delivery.

8. Disclaimer

  • Icepeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • AI outputs can be imperfect and should be treated as educational assistance, not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Icepeak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Where limitation is permitted, total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the previous 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using Icepeak at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, or abuse.

11. Changes to terms

  • We may update these terms periodically.
  • Continued use after updates take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
